Not far from Zagreb, just 44 km away and at 350 meters above sea level, at the foot of the Japetić mountain range, lies the wooden house Wellspring in Sveta Jana (Gorica Svetojanska). In the heart of nature, surrounded by forest, it's an understatement to say it offers the possibility of uncompromising enjoyment in untouched nature and a beautiful panoramic view that takes your breath away.
Part of the plot (out of a total of 2700 m²) enters the protected area of Žumberak Nature Park and as such is an extremely inspirational place for vacation. The house is surrounded by forest on the north side where you might encounter a deer or a hawk.
